What current agents say
First few weeks I was solidly at $430. Twelve months of consistent shifts moved me to Expert, and now it's $1,700 most months, no surprises.
I applied expecting another gig-app runaround. Instead I got a shift schedule, a grade review, and a payout that hits Tuesday like a paycheck. Reads like a real job because it is one.
Being bilingual moved my starting grade above where chat agents come in. Two years on I'm past $2,000 and still on the same weekly schedule I set at the start.
Before you apply
Is this an actual employer, or another gig platform?
IgoChat has run since 2020, currently staffing 150+ agents across 45+ countries, on scheduled shifts with a documented grade ladder.
How soon can I expect to get paid?
Money moves out on a fixed Tuesday cycle every week. Your opening deposit lands by day 9, at least $40, sent via Paysera, USDT, bank card.
I've never worked support before — can I still apply?
Yes. Paid training runs 4–7 days ahead of your opening shift, and you start out at the Associate grade.
How selective is the hiring process?
About 1 applicant in 11 is accepted. We're staffing a small, reliable roster rather than a large, loosely screened one.
